He currently serves as Founder and CEO of 35 Consulting Company (also known as 35 Advisory Group), providing interim executive solutions, strategic planning, and growth leadership for organizations across a wide range of industries.

Prior to founding his advisory practice, Bob held senior leadership roles in distribution, manufacturing, and corporate strategy, including executive positions with Westinghouse, Wesco Distribution, AMP, Coleman Cable, and Sears Home Improvement.
He has also served as a Senior M&A advisor and Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Webb Group, and has board and advisory experience across multiple organizations and industries.
